Conditions for Return or Exchange

The item must be unused and in its original condition.
A video recording of the unboxing is required as proof in case of any issues.

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged or defective due to the shipping process.

 

Return or exchange is not eligible if:

  • You selected the wrong color, size, or model during purchase.
  • The item is damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
